7月2日に自社のイベントで扱うテーマだったし、参考書代わりにもあるかと思い、
「ビジネスモデル　X　仕事術」を読んでみた。

ビジネスモデルと仕事の関係は？　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

この本の中身は、古今東西の「ビジネスモデルの紹介」と、
それらを「自分の仕事にどう生かすか」という、
ことが、カテゴリー別に書かれている。

ただ、たんたるビジネスモデルの紹介にとどまっておらず、
「アナロジー思考をビジネスモデル思考に変換するには何をどうすべきか」
など、具体的に自分の仕事に活かせるようになっている点が新しく、
かつ仕事に活かせる点だと思う。

各章は、王道、超速、共働等のけてごりーに分かれていて、
それぞれにビジネスモデルが複数紹介さて、
具体的にあげられているビジネスモデルの事例は数多いが、
-　マッチングモデル
-　ベータ版モデル
-　オンデマンド化における変化
などと、この本独自の「わかりやすい」ネーミングがされているところも面白い。

ちなみにより多くのビジネスモデルのフレームワークを知りたい場合は、
「ビジネスモデルの教科書」がおススメ。

ボクたちビジネス・パーソンにとって、
こういったフレームワークを知ることは非常に重要だし有益である。
しかし、さらに重要なことはインプットした知識を昇華することで自分のものとし、
仕事での成果につなげることである。

経営者や企画マンがビジネスモデルを自社のビジネスに応用することは、
ボクもセミナーなどで話しているし、大半の書籍がそれを論じているが、
この本では、紹介されている一つずつのコンセプトを自身の仕事に落とし込むときのコツまでが書かれている点が新しい。

読者の方としては、各ビジネスモデルを自分の仕事に活用する工夫さえすれば、
現段階よりも効率化できるはず。

その意味でもおススメの一冊。
